At RetroPistol, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on:

* Carrier performance
* Customs or regional delays (if applicable)
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Delays
RetroPistol is not responsible for delays caused by:
* Shipping carriers
* Customs inspections
* Weather conditions
* Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
* High-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note: due to the specialized shipping channels required for our product, tracking numbers are issued at the time of shipment, but tracking status may not update until the package clears customs and enters the destination country's local carrier network. This can take approximately 7–10 business days from shipment. This is normal and does not mean your order has stalled or is lost.

If your tracking has not updated within 10 business days of shipment, please contact our customer service team at retropistolofficial@gmail.com and we'll be happy to check on your order's status.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
RetroPistol is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and such orders are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, RetroPistol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
